Return & Exchange Policy
- You can return or exchange products within 10 days of delivery.
- You cannot return sale or promotional items, but you can exchange them.
- Exchanges depend on size availability. If we don’t have your size, we will issue a gift card for the price difference (if applicable).
- If your PIN code is not serviceable, you must self-ship the item. We will refund your shipping cost if you provide a valid docket slip.
- You must return or exchange items in the following condition:
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- With original packaging and tags
- We will not accept items without tags
- After we receive and check your return, we will send your exchange order.
Refund Policy
- If your return passes our quality check, we will refund your money to the original payment method.
- We process refunds within 7 days of approval.
- If we cannot exchange the item due to stock issues, you can choose a full refund or a gift card for future use.
- If you self-ship a return, we will refund your shipping fee after you send a valid docket slip.
- We will not issue a refund or exchange if the item does not meet our return conditions..
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- You cannot cancel an order after we ship it.
- If you cancel a prepaid order, we will refund your money according to our refund policy.
Additional Terms
- We may reject returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our conditions.
- If we send a defective or wrong product, you must contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear images of the product and packaging.
